Pedro Chang
Founder and CEO of PapiTV.com.  Pedro brings over 16 years of experience in graphic user interface design for a global application. He has a proven ability to convey concept sthrough design by coupling his passion of TV and Video to bring a unique product the aids in education and transfer of information in a global scale.  Pedro’s expertise includes core concept development, storyboarding, and web site content management by using his skills in illustration, logo design, graphic design, page layout, animation, CSS, HTML, DHTML, ASP, PHP, XSL, and JavaScript coding.  Prior to founding PapiTV.com. Pedro expertise stem from his work at VMware, Symantec , Cadence Systems, and Hewlett Packard.  He manage HP intranet portal and the HP intranet Web Publishing Content tool leading to an award for its excellent design, efficient deployment, streamlined and the establishment of standardized design processes.    


Pedro is an Out-of-box thinker and a visionary and brings livestream programming beyond the confines of a conference center and into an audience nationwide in the United States and reaching internationally to every corner where internet accessibility  is available.  Pedro combines on demand programs and live online TV that brings ccice.tv to our viewers.

KC has over 20yrs of experience in the high technology world as an entrepreneur, consultant and executive at various start-ups. He had previously worked for Microsoft’s co-founder Paul Allen’s Vulcan Ventures at Metricom/Ricochet Wireless National Network,the famous pioneer company in wireless data and telecommunications based in Silicon Valley.

He has also helped and consulted for various software,hardware,photonic companies in implementing their sales,marketing, business development and IPO strategies. Earlier in his career he was a photographer and worked for the media and advertising firms in the Caribbean. KC is an active volunteer in Air Search & Rescue for the US Air Force Auxiliary for over 16yrs and is a graduate of its prestigious Squadron Leadership School. He has attended Stanford University’s Continuing Studies Programs and participated at Stanford University Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurship courses.

KC is currently building key strategic relationships and partnerships with top technology companies to assist Papitv in growing its streaming media platform for global positioning for on demand entertainment, multi-cultural events and education.

Vidyasagar Amirapu aka Viddy

Over 15 plus years in Information Technology, starting with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) initially in HR, international staff Management and Project Staffing, later with iGate/Mastech supporting Fortune 500 Clientele on HR, Staffing, designing and Implementing best practices and sales support and account Management.This led to the logical step: leveraging Relationships built over the years to Sales and CRM.

Just finished a successful 3 year stint with SRA Open Source, part of SRA Inc Japan a golbal systems integration firm -with emphasis on engineering technology sndf products. Consistently generated new accounts like CITRIX, Coventry Health Care, Delta Dental and SMBs like BodyMedia and MPSRx etc. involving multi year projects-across many verticals and horizontals.Earlier he had a start-up providing IT services in the Silicon Valley.

Viddy has operated in many layers and players given his experience from Tatas to iGate and SRA and many technology environments: Legacy, Mobile and web 2.0; ERP , Business Intelligence, Security, Clustering & Hadoop, Virtualization SAS and Cloud Computing….ETC.

He believes IT is a peoples business and if you treat people fairly, they will not forget and reward you in return-be it in any horizontal or vertical
